Service Description

Scheduled weekly, biweekly, or other recurring basis to discuss progress towards mutually identified nutrition goals. All services are provided virtually via a secure telehealth platform. Resilient Nutrition is not currently in-network with major insurance carriers. A Super Bill is available upon request to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. *Client must be physically located in Connecticut or Rhode Island to participate in telehealth services.
